Ernie Gonsalves

A flooring professional since 1972 Ernie has gained a lifetime’s knowledge about the flooring business. With 47 years of experience, there is not a question he can not answer. Ernie loves to spend time in his community, often hanging out with his family and neighbors. He also is an avid sports fan who constantly supports all of the Bay Area’s sport teams.

Vince Mutulo

Vince has been in the flooring industry since 1968 when he first started as an installer. He has had the unique opportunity of seeing both sides of the business working as a salesman. Vince has been with Contra Costa Tile and Floors since 1993 and will use his knowledge and expertise to advise his clients on practical flooring for their homes. In his spare time Vince loves to spend time with his family and friends. He also likes to watch basketball, baseball and football.

Susan Dorsey

Since 2003 Susan has been serving the flooring community with great knowledge and a joyful attitude. Gifted with an eye for interior design Susan uses her skills to advise clients on what flooring would look best in their home. She loves to travel in her free time and spend time with her grandkids. Susan also likes to spend time with her husband of 35 years and watch her favorite TV show, Survivor.
